All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Prices are listed in USD, and payment methods include those offered by Shopify (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
