Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on fresh floral arrangements once they’ve been delivered or picked up. However, your satisfaction is our top priority — please read below for refund and replacement options.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

Damaged or wilted flowers upon delivery

Incorrect order (wrong arrangement or item)

Non-delivery or delivery to the wrong address (when provided by us)

Late delivery that impacts the freshness or occasion
To be eligible:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method or send a replacement arrangement at no additional cost.
