At Blesselle, we take pride in delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements and gifts with care and reliability. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery areas, timelines, fees, and other important information to ensure your order arrives just the way you expect.
Local Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within the following areas:

📦 Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer national or international shipping for fresh floral arrangements.
Delivery Days & Times

Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Sunday: Closed (except for select holidays or by special request)
You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we do our best to honor time requests, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Same-Day Delivery:

Available for local orders placed before 12 PM (noon).

Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise arranged.
Order Processing

Standard Orders: Typically processed within the same day if placed before the cut-off.

Custom Orders or Event Arrangements: Require at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

Non-Perishable Items (e.g., vases, candles, gift items): Shipped within 1–3 business days via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.).
Delivery Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, please:

Provide the correct recipient name, address, and phone number

Include any special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., apartment number, gate code)

Ensure someone will be available to receive the flowers, or allow us to leave them in a safe, shaded location if no one is home
If the recipient is not available and no safe place is accessible, we may:

Contact the recipient or sender

Leave the flowers with a neighbor or building manager

Attempt a re-delivery (fees may apply)
Failed or Refused Deliveries
Blesselle is not responsible for deliveries delayed or undelivered due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Recipient not being available

Refused deliveries
Re-delivery may be attempted for an additional fee. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
Shipping for Non-Perishable Items
We offer standard shipping within the Greater Boston Area for select non-perishable products (e.g., gift items, accessories):

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped

Delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days
Order & Delivery Confirmations

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

For applicable orders, a delivery confirmation or shipping tracking number will be sent when your order is on the way
